The internal complaint committee (ICC) formally present in the form of committee on gender sensitization & committee on sexual harassment (GSCHASH) in our college Late Nitin College, Pathri it is a redressal mechanism prescribed by the UGC (prevention prohibition & redressal of sexual harassment of women employee & student in higher education institutions )Regulations 2015. It is accessible to all employees & students of our college .The committee members can be contacted at any time by students & employees.
VISION
We envision a safe environment and protection against sexual harassment of women &for redressal of complaints of sexual harassment.
MISSION
- To provide safe workplace.
- To develop a policy against sexual harassment for girl students.
- To ensure the implementation of the policy in letter and spirit through proper reporting of the complaints and their follow-up procedures.
OBJECTIVES
- To deal with complaints related to sexual harassment at workplace/ in higher educational institutional using prescribed means of resolution at specified by UGC regulation.
- To ensure the fair & timely resolution of sexual harassment complaints.
- To promote awareness about sexual harassment.
- To provide information regarding counseling & support services on our college.
