B.Sc. Second-year (S. E. C. Zoology) Students of Late Nitin College, Pathri visited to “Life Care Laboratory, Pathri” on 20th September 2023. A total of nine SEC students were examined for the Blood group and CBC test. In the blood group test, five students have a B+ blood group, one student has a B–, one student has AB+, and One student has A+.
In the Complete Blood Count (CBC) test, there is variation in haemoglobin and MCHC parameters. All students reported that their haemoglobin count was low as compared to a normal level and the MCHC parameter was also decreased as compared to the normal level, other parameters were normal in all students. MCHC level has been decreased due to the level of low haemoglobin and deficiency of iron and certain types of diseases may occur. Studies show the incidence and division of ABO and Rh D blood groups in different students. In our study, group B was more prevalent 05 (55.55%), followed by group A 01 (11.11%), and group AB 01(11.11%). While (88.88) % of blood groups were Rh D positive and B 01 (11.11) % were Rh D negative.
